OPEN LETTER FROM THE VIETNAMESE REFUGEES COMMUNITY
San Francisco, September 2, 2025.
Dear Residents of the City of SAN FRANCISCO
On September 2, 2025, the Vietnamese Refugees Community in Northern
California will hold two rallies to speak out against the Vietnamese Communists for
lying and deceiving the international public about the purpose of September 2, 1945,
which was propagated by the Vietnamese Communist group as Vietnam's
Independence Day.
In fact, on September 2, 1945, the Vietnamese Communist Party under the
direction of the Chinese Communist Party took advantage of the joyful day when
Japan returned independence to VIETNAM after they were defeated in World War II.
That lie has been condemned and opposed by Vietnamese history, yet the
Vietnamese Communists continue to exploit it to propagate to the international
public.
This makes us, the Vietnamese communist refugees, feel indignant at the
intentional distortion of Vietnamese history in the wrong direction of the communist
ideology.
We, the Vietnamese people, had to abandon our beloved homeland VIETNAM to
escape the communist regime, in search of FREEDOM. Therefore, we will never
accept the communist regime and the bloody red flag with yellow star of our nation
appearing anywhere, especially in a Free country like the UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA.
And that is the main reason why our Vietnamese community must organize
annual protests on September 2nd to speak out against and expose the deception of
the Vietnamese communist regime to the International Public.
Two protests against the fake Independence Day of the Communist Government
of Vietnam will be held at:
1. SAN FRANCISCO CITY HALL
2. VIETNAMESE COMMUNIST CONSULATE
Dear All
In the anti-communist activities of the Vietnamese Refugee Community of Northern
California, we always respect and comply with the current laws of the city of San
Francisco. However, in daily activities, there may be some inconveniences beyond
the control of the organizers, such as causing noise or causing traffic jams...
