Xin hãy cùng nhau đi bộ cho Việt Nam.

Kính thưa quý vị,

Chỉ trong vòng 2 tháng mà nhân dân 2 nước Tunisia và Ai Cập đã tháo bỏ gông cùm độc tài trên cổ của họ. Nhân dân nước Libya cũng đang dành được chiến thắng trên chính quê hương yêu dấu của mình. Bằng lòng can đảm, bằng sự quyết tâm của người dân, những thành lũy độc tài, dã man tưởng chừng không bao giờ lay chuyển đã mau chóng sụp đổ.

Trong cơn bão dân chủ, nhân quyền nầy, Cộng sản Việt Nam không phải ngoại lệ và cũng không thể là ngoại lệ. Đây là dịp may cho dân tộc để đạp đổ chế độ độc tài, bán nước ít tốn kém xương máu nhất.

Chúng tôi thiết tha kêu gọi Sinh viên, Học sinh, và Cô Bác Anh Chị Việt Nam hãy tập họp đi bộ cho quê hương đất nước của chúng ta. Chương trình rất đơn giản như sau:

- Ở Hà Nội: xin đi bộ quanh Hồ Gươm. Đi một mình hay đi từng nhóm nhỏ như đi tập thể dục. Không hô hào, không tỏ thái độ gì, cứ đi bộ và nhìn nhau, hiểu nhau, từ từ tạo số đông.

- Ở Sài gòn: Đi bộ dọc theo đại lộ Lê Lợi từ chợ Bến Thành đến tòa nhà Hạ Viện cũ. Cũng đi một mình hay đi từng nhóm nhỏ như đang đi mua sắm. Tập họp đi càng lúc càng đông.

Ở hai khu vực trên, bình thường cũng có nhiều người đi bộ, Việt Nam lẫn ngoại kiều, nên Việt cộng không thể bắt tội gì. Chúng ta cứ im lặng đi bộ, nhìn nhau và hiểu nhau. Xin đừng nản chí, cứ đến địa điểm đi bộ hàng ngày, mổi ngày một đông. Khi đã có số đông, quần chúng sẽ có sức mạnh, sự đàn áp sẽ khó khăn hơn, tiếng nói chúng ta sẽ được lắng nghe và chúng ta sẽ bắt đầu đòi hỏi những quyền lợi chính đáng của người dân Việt Nam.

- Ở Hải Ngoại: Tuần hành chung quanh các tòa Đại sứ, tòa Tổng lãnh sự Việt cộng với các khẩu hiệu: "Freedom for Vietnam", "Democracy for Vietnam", "VC step down", "Tear down communism"... Chỉ cần 2 đến 10 người đi bộ tay cầm bảng kêu gọi và thay phiên đi liên tục hàng ngày. Sự tuần hành liên tục quanh hàng trăm tòa lãnh sự Việt cộng là một hổ trợ tinh thần mạnh mẽ cho quốc nội, đánh động lương tâm và sự chú ý của toàn thế giới.

Những kẻ độc tài, những kẻ bán nước không thể nào tự dưng đè đầu cởi cổ dân tộc Việt Nam từ năm nầy qua năm khác được. Chỉ có chúng ta mới cứu được đất nước, dân tộc chúng ta. Nương theo làn sóng Tự do, Dân chủ hiện nay, đây là cơ hội ngàn năm một thuở để chúng ta tháo bỏ gông cùm cộng sản, để xây dựng một đất nước Dân chủ, Tự do.

Kính xin quý vị ủng hộ lời kêu gọi của chúng tôi bằng cách chuyển thư nầy tới nhiều người và khuyến khích bạn bè, thân nhân cùng nhau đi bộ cho quê hương đất nước.

Please walk together for a Free Vietnam.

Ladies and gentlemen,

Only within two months, the people of Tunisia and Egypt freed themselves from the shackles of the dictators. People of Libya are also winning major victories in their beloved hometowns. With courage and determination of the people, the solid dictatorships that once seemed indestructable are falling.

In the storm of democracy and human rights, the communist Vietnam is no exception and can not be considered an exception. This is a chance for people to break away from dictatorship, without payment in blood. We earnestly call for Students, Youths , and all of the Vietnamese people to gather and walk for our country. The program is very simple as follows:

- In Hanoi: Walk around Hoan Kiem Lake alone or in small groups as if we are exercising. At first, do not express anything, just walk and look at each other, and try to understand each other.

- In Saigon: Walk along Le Loi Boulevard from Ben Thanh Market to the building of old Ha Vien. Just go alone or in small groups as if you are going shopping, and slowly gather more and more crowds. In those two areas, normally there are many pedestrians, Vietnamese and foreigners. The police should not arrest the walkers for any reason. We continue to walk patiently in order to gather the crowd. Once we have the masses, we will have the power, our voices will be heard and we will start demanding the legitimate rights for the people of Vietnam.

- Overseas: Walk around the Embassy, consulate General of the Vietnamese Communist court with the slogans: "Freedom for Vietnam", "Democracy for Vietnam", "VC step down", "Tear down communism"... 2 to 10 people walk around to show these signs and take turns calling again and again every day. The march is a continuous strong spiritual support for domestic, alert conscience and the attention around the world.

Ladies and gentlemen,

The Vietnamese communist dictators, who are betraying and selling our country away must get off our people back. Only we can save the country, our nation. Following the global wave of freedom and democracy, this is a greatest opportunity that we can remove the communist shackles, to build a democratic and free country.

We respectfully ask you to support our call by turning this letter to many people and encourage your friends and relatives come together walking for the homeland.

S'il vous plaît marchons ensemble pour un Vietnam libre.

Mesdames et Messieurs,

Voilà deux mois, le peuple Tunisien et le peuple Egyptien se sont libérés du joug des dictateurs. Les Libyens ont également remporté des victoires importantes dans leur pays bien-aimé. Avec le courage et la détermination de la population, les dictatures solides qui semblaient indestructibles vacillent.

Dans la tempête de la démocratie et des droits de l'homme, le Vietnam communiste ne fait pas exception et ne peut être considéré comme une exception. C'est une chance pour les personnes de rompre avec la dictature, sans paiement par le sang. Nous appelons sérieusement les étudiants, les jeunes, et tout le peuple vietnamien à se rassembler et à marcher pour notre pays. Le programme est très simple comme suit:

- À Hà-Nôi: promenade autour du lac Hoàn -Kiêm, seul ou en petits groupes, comme si nous nous entraînions. Dans un premier temps, ne pas exprimer quelque chose, il suffit de marcher et de se regarder les uns les autres, et essayer de se comprendre les uns les autres.

- A Saigon: Promenade le long du boulevard Le Loi du marché de Bên Thành à la construction de la vieille Ha Viên. Il suffit d'aller seul ou en petits groupes comme si vous alliez faire des courses, et lentement se rassembler progressivement pour former une foule.

Dans ces endroits, normalement il ya beaucoup de piétons, vietnamiens et étrangers. La police ne devrait pas arrêter les marcheurs pour une raison quelconque. Nous devrions continuer à marcher patiemment afin de rassembler la foule. Une fois que nous avons formé une masse, nous aurons le pouvoir, notre voix sera entendue et nous commencerons à exiger les droits légitimes du peuple du Vietnam.

- A l’étranger: Promenade autour de l'ambassade, du consulat général de la cour communiste vietnamien avec les slogans: "Liberté pour le Vietnam", "Démocratie pour le Vietnam", "VC démissionnez», «Abattez le communisme" ... 2 à 10 personnes pour montrer ces signes et demander encore et encore tous les jours à tour de rôle. Le mois de mars est un soutien spirituel fort et continu pour les gens du pays, alerter la conscience et l'attention du monde entier.

Mesdames et Messieurs,

Les dictateurs communistes vietnamiens, qui trahissent et vendent notre pays, doivent laisser notre peuple tranquille. Nous pouvons seulement sauver le pays, notre nation. Suite à la vague mondiale de liberté et de démocratie, c'est une plus grande opportunité pour éliminer les entraves communiste, pour construire un pays libre et démocratique.

Nous vous demandons respectueusement de soutenir notre appel en transmettant cette lettre à beaucoup de gens et en encourageant vos amis et parents à se réunir pour une marche pour la patrie.
